Nissan had launched its Micra hatchback this year with a 1.2-litre petrol engine. Now Nissan plans to launch the diesel version of the Micra by the end of this year. The Nissan Micra diesel will be powered by the 1.5dCi engine which powers the Logan as well. This is a 8-valve 1461cc common-rail diesel engine that will produce 64bhp of power (Same as the Logan).
The Micra diesel will be available in two trim levels XV and XV premium. The XV premium will sport 15-inch alloys as an extra. Else, everything else will remain the same on the diesel Micra.
